They "try" to block all but US. I'm in the US. My IP recently changed by my ISP due to upgrades. Apparently, Google now thinks I'm outside the US. If not for this, I think Google would have hit a home run with this product. Instead, some people get stuck with 1 computer that has it, and another that doesn't, defeating the whole purpose of Syncing. You would think travellers would be the main target for Sync users.
